Finnish Independence Day 6.12.2025

Finland will have it's 108th birthday on 6.12.2025. 

On the same weekend will be the official opening of the season at Ylläs Ski Resort. 

We will serve brunch in Restaurant Tunturikettu from 12 am until 5 pm and 

four course Independence Day menu as table service from 5pm.

Our recommended drinks will come from Finnish producers Lignell & Piispanen from Kuopio and Ainoa Winery from Hollola. The food items are mainly Finnish.
